  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct limited workshops with the client and internal stakeholders, users and customers
    • Create user-personas and customer journey maps
    • Develop a heuristic evaluation of their current systems
    • Distill data from workshops and research to establish information architecture, taxonomies and content strategy.
    • Design rapid prototypes using Axure, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and other technologies
    • Estabish system-wide styleguides to help designers and developers
    • Project leadership to visually design and develop our shared perspective
    • Client presentations
